susanallardyce @eastcoaststrong it’s a true to size fit. I generally wear a size 4.5 or 5, and these fit very snugly. I would recommend these to someone with feet smaller than a size 5.

susanallardyce @eastcoaststrong hi, so sorry I didn’t get back sooner. From toe to heel, I’d say max, 8.5”, and width wise for where your toes are, max is 3.25” (judging by my feet)
