do you know if the sizing of these are like so kates? ex: becuase the toe is pointed youd need to get .5 size up from your regular size .. are these the same way?? ive had my eye on them for quite some time but that question was always stopping me from buying them... im a size 8 in the so Kate's but normaly a 7.5
