Chunky cable knit handmade button down sweater vest in blue excellent condition

This is a Chunky cable knit button down handmade sweater vest. It’s a thicker knit and made from the type of wool your grandma used to knit with. It’s a royal blue colour. It looks really good hanging open and it’s a bit longer length almost like a sleeveless cardigan. It’s unbranded and has no size or composition tag but it’s in excellent condition. It doesn’t feel itchy it’s actually pretty soft. I’ve labeled as a medium based on the measurements below.
