Bought almost 20 years ago and still in great condition but has a small hole at the side near the bottom (see last photo). Can be sewn. Front pouch pocket. Adjustable buckle straps. Soft and stretchy knit. Measurements are taken laying flat. There is generous amount of stretch. P2P 14” Length 30”
