This dress is brand new with tags. Sheer trim is intentionally frayed around neckline and shoulders.There are some minor markings, very small pulls and runs. Some minor flaws to the stitching (double stitches, loose threads, missing stitches). light wrinkles and creases throughout. Few stitches have loosened where base of zipper comes to rest when pulled down.
