Circle Fluffy Skirt 👗

This is a hand made brown fluffy Circle ( Flared ) skirt with cream velvety fabric patterns on it. As shown in the pictures the underlying runs down from the skirt and gives it a cute look. It would fit a size XS-S, but to make sure, please refer to pictures for measurements 😊
