SOLD Circus Dancing Clown Music Box Jewelry Box Trinket 1970’s Vintage

Circus dancing clown music box made of a soft wood and coated with paper. Made In Japan. The music box has been tested and is fully operational. The mechanism for winding is in working order. Every now and the paper hand with a ball gets stuck but if you lay it down the hand falls back into place. When the music box drawer is opened, the the clown starts dancing to the song " Send in the Clowns" after it’s wound up in the back. Picture #9 shows the pin in the back of the drawer that when the drawer opens, it plays the music. There are minor scratches on the outer paper box associated with age and handling.
