@elleemme75 Hi. The heel is 5.5” and the lift is 2”.

@wenz1 Thanks. You mentioned you found it on the narrow side. Could you measure the widest part of the foot bed? Basically, where the blue strap comes across at the top. I want to see if it will be too narrow for me too.

@elleemme75 Absolutely. Across the top on the outside the tell strap measures 4.5”. I measured inside (or tried to) and it measures just over 4” so safe to say 4” space for your foot to slide in the shoe. I hope that helps.
