pinkpeonies0 @janiquelavoie hi! No rips, stains or flaws. Yes, I usually wear 24 in citizens. These have a loose, baggy fit. Some people size down if you prefer a fitted look. They fit me baggy which I like but I have another baggy jeans I prefer more :)
