Citizens of Humanity Neve Jeans Size 23 (fits large 30” waist)

Low-rise jeans with an easy fit & vintage feel. Bowie wash. Described as non-stretch 100% organic cotton denim but still loosened up a lot on wearing. I usually wear a 24 in Citizens. I sized down to a 23 in the changing room but unfortunately after wearing they gave give to an approximately 30” waist. I absolutely love the style but just too big.
