Hi, what is the actual waist measurement and the rise?I always have to take in the waist on pants/jeans, especially high rise. Any wear on the seams or any issues? Finally, what is the inseam?

@katrinasteeves they are 93% cotton 6% polyester and 1% elastane. They have stretch in the fabric but are more structured than leggings
