how flary are they? low rise at the hips? looking for a 70s style

@evebinette they are a 9” rise at the front and the legs measure 10” across at the bottom when lying flat. Inseam measures about 30” and the waist when lying flat is 15.5”

@evebinette I’ve added a photo to the listing. I wouldn’t call them a bell bottom but they do have a gradual flare out from the hip to the bottom of the leg
