yhartup Is this a pull on skirt or is there a zipper? Please ost the waist and length measurements …thanks

therakco @yhartup hello there, sorry for the delay on measurements. It does have a zipper on the side, but the waistband does have some stretch. It measures about 16 inches laying flat and could possibly stretch to 17. The length is 23 inches and the hips are 23 inches.
