City Of Winnipeg Tourist Collectible Spoon

Collectible tourist spoon from City of Winnipeg with emblem at handle. Seems to be gold plated but is unmarked so I am unsure. Some tarnishing at base of spoon. Measures 4 inches long. Vintage from sometime before the 00s as my Grandparents drove their RV cross country many times. Cat friendly, nonsmoking home.
