New With Tags Navy blue dress by City Studio. Spaghetti strap dress with a sweetheart neckline and a fitted corset bodice. The bodice is made of a sheer front with built in bra pads, back is lace fabric with a floral pattern. The skirt is made of multiple layers of tulle and is slightly shorter in the front than in the back. The dress has a satin ribbon waistband and a zipper closure in the back. New condition with no visible tears or stains. There are a few small snags in the fabric on the inside of the bodice.
