Claire Bell - girls party dress in navy blue (Size 4)

Brand is Creations Claire Bell, who appear to be headquartered in Montreal. I originally purchased this dress at Marshalls for about $40; guessing retail is $60 or so. Stunning navy blue sleeveless party dress with tulle layer, lovely subtle sparkles and embroidery. My little girl was able to wear this for about 2.5 years, for winter holiday parties and her kindergarten graduation. It is cut well in the bodice and fits really beautifully. There is some damage to the front hems, as you can see in photos 5 and 6. Because of all the folds and tulle, I didn't notice it until I was taking the photos. I would probably just trim and seal with a little clear nail polish (heh) but a simple hemming would solve the issue, as well. The rest of the dress is in great condition, but of course the price reflects the snagging. From a non-smoking and pet-free home.
