I measure the armpits as 19” across, waist 14” across and full length is approx 40” or 24” from waist to bottom hem.
I am 5’9” and this dress comes below my knee in length.
The photos are fuzzy because my daughter broke my phone camera 😬 but I will post them...

Trying to get maximum stretch I measure approximately as bust 24”, waist 22”, hips 27” and that is laying flat and measuring across.
Dress is 95%polyester & 5% spandex, lining is 100% polyester. Hope this helps 🙂
