Classic Black Leather Long Strap Shoulder Bag with Silver Accents

Beautiful vintage shoulder bag with long strap and silver accents. I think this is a leather bag, but I am not certain. Please note: there is wear to the material, including some chips to the leather. The bag needs further cleaning, including to the leather seems and the cloth.
