Classic Plus Size Black Dress See Through Top & Sleeves Accent at Waist Size 20? This dress was in with a lot of Talbot dresses from an estate sale. It measures 23" across the front from underarm to underarm, 19" across the front at the waist area, 26" across the front at the hip area. It is 26" from the shoulder to the cuff and 46" long from the back neckline to the hem. The tags were all removed unfortunately. The fabric is very stretchy yet most elegant.
