sunnycagrl Hi! Thank you so much for putting in a offer for the Clarks Claribel shoe. Before I accept, I just want to let you know that I put in a little padding in the back of the strap for a little more ankle support. It actually made the shoe feel better and now there's no chafing on the achilles. It's not noticeable at all from the outside. Is that ok? LMK...thanks!

oddr Hi. I just purchased the J Jill long sleeve tee shirt. Unfortunately I’m going to get rid of the shirt by giving it to Goodwill. The detergent and/or dryer sheet smell is overpowering and it has not reduced at all with two washings (one with vinegar added). I would not try to rePosh an item with such a bad smell. I want to let you know, just in case you are not aware that the smell can be smell really awful to many people.

suzisays @oddr I am sorry you are not happy. For the record I use fragrance free detergent and dryer balls. I sold this shirt for a friend and wasn’t aware of any bad smell when it was shipped. You could have not accepted ( you had 3 days to decide) and I would have taken it back.

msistersm @suzisays Hi Susan, a little difficulty locating this message to answer, but here I am. I measured about 15.5 " laying flat. I will take a picture w/measure & post in a min. I notice that the waiste has a nice stretchy-elastic feel so it likely epands a little bit.
