Classic vintage: Beautifully etched gold filled heart locket & chain

This lovely leaf heart is about 3/4 inch long (just a little less across) and opens to allow for two photos. There is no design on the back. Marked CMC (I think) GF shell. The 15-inch chain with twist closure is unmarked. In great condition!
