Classic v-neck simulated wrap dress

Classic simulated V-neck wrap dress in navy with cream polka dots. Wrap tie for waist. Side zipper. Beautiful material. Hangs wonderfully. Fits like a size 14 and best for someone mid height. I am 5’9” and it is too short in the body for me.
