upper_city The medium pit pit is 19.5 inches. There is some stretch to the fabric, however, the button closer will gape open and you may have to pin. There is about a one and a half, 2 inch stretch The length from shoulder is 23 inches. Length of sleeve from the armpit is 19 inches
