This is an antique George Washington Figural Liquor Bottle issued in the 1930's or 1940's. General Washington appears to be wearing a Continental Uniform Coat, a Tricorn Hat, he holds a Long Sword in his hands and wears shoes with buckles on them. The name "WASHINGTON" is stamped at the bottom edge of the bottle.
The underside of the bottle is stamped with the following words: "Design Patent Applied For 2"
MEASUREMENTS: *9 7/8" Tall x 3" Wide
CONDITION: The bottle is in excellent antique-vintage condition. There are no chips or scratches to be seen. I can see a few "bubbles" in the glass, which makes me wonder if it was from an older blown glass process, perhaps closer to the turn of the century.
