Clearance Romper coverup Bikini Village

Very cool beach cover-up that is a romper. Ties at neck in the back and at the waist. Sz small, but fits loosely. There are 3 small pulls at the shoulder as can be seen in the last picture. These are not super noticeable. Made in Canada!!
