Clientele mini dress, black in color with criss cross design

Clientele mini dress, black in color with criss cross design - size tag as well as material tag is missing. My wife was a size 4 when she wore it, so we are assuming this size. Dress is in excellent shape. I have also attached a close up picture to show the pattern. The close up picture doesn't reflect the true color, it's black.
