classycaroline2 Be careful measuring anything. I made the mistake of measuring and telling the customer the measurements and she claimed they were 2 inches shorter when she got them and opened a case. This just happened. She won the case, but when I got them back they were the measurements that I had said. 🤔

classycaroline2 @drjeannie0208 I just warn people whenever I see that they measure or say that they will measure and let them know it could be a headache. I don't do it anymore. However, if that should occur with anyone, it seems only realistic that when the seller gets the item back they take a picture of the measurement if they hadn't prior to the issue and give a fair decision. Others that this happened to feel the same.
