When messaging someone use the @ mark in front of their closet ID & they'll get the message. This is especially important when potential buyers ask you a question. You need to tag them for them to see it. You can see messages in your newsfeed w/o being tagged because it's yours but it's a good habit to always tag. The above person didn't get your message.

I went to ship you the top you ordered from me - opened the spare room closet to get it, and the roof had leaked and FLOODED the closet, drenched all my clothes, storage, EVERYTHING. Didn't even notice there was a leak in the roof! I am SO sorry that i can't ship it! However I am a little thankful that it made me notice the leak in the roof!! I can't imagine the mold if I had waited. I'm so so sorry!
