Tan colored satiny skirt with a mermaid bottom. Krinkled fabric that looks like raw silk. Hidden side zipper. Vintage German boutique brand. Has a matching blazer in the next post. Waist measures 15.5" and length is 29.5". New with tags. The tag is on the blazer because it was originally priced as a suit.
