"Clothesline" Picture Frame

Such a cute and fun design! Thick black frame with cream background (please note there is some very slight discoloration where my pictures were in the frame). 4 little colored clothespins, that hold the pictures, on a string clothesline. Measurements are shown in pictures. I have added picture wire between the hooks on the back for easier hanging (can be removed). In great condition.
