Cloudveil Dark Blue Flat Front Pants

These pants by Cloudveil are made of 100% polyester and are a dark blue with a bit of stretch. The pants have a button and zipper front, standard belt loops, 2 front chino-style pockets (with a secret zip pocket on the left), and 2 back pockets. While the pants are new and still have their tags on, I'm not listing them as NWT because I believe they've been hemmed (see last picture). The reason I think this is the inseam measurement is too short, and I don't think pants factories hem new pants with pinked seams (zigzag cut) and hand stitching. The pinking also makes me think some excess length was trimmed off. Aside from the hem, the pants have zero wear. These pants are marked as a size 38W-32L. Please use these approximate flat lay measurements to ensure the best fit, keeping in mind that the measurements here reflect the pants as they are now with the hem, not how they "should" be, if that makes sense: Waist: 19.25" (true to size): Hips: 22.5" Inseam: 27.5" (should be 32") Total length (hip to ankle): 39.25" Rise: 11.25" Width of hemmed cuff (bottom to lowest point of pinking): 1.25" Love the piece but not the price?
