Fully leather (outside, inside and the sole) very soft! Very comfortable kitten heel. Never worn! Were bought for a special occasion and I never ended up wearing them. European size 38, they fit like 7 for a wide foot, for slim 7.5 will be great as well. If the ad is up they are available! I will review offers as well.
