Club Monaco black skirt, Size 4. It has an elastic waist but with a zipper and clasps in the back. Elastic is only a little stretchy. It feels like suede and has plastic rhinestones on it. It’s lined and has pockets. It’s super cute and good for events where you want a little sparkle (like NYE). I bought this and only fit into it briefly so it’s barley been worn.
