Club Monaco Burgundy Belted V-Neck Dress

This dress has a lovely belt that can be used at the waist or as a tie around the neck. This is a very comfortable dress! Fitting: US size 0 but is a loose fit so very forgiving. The hem falls just above the knee. Worn only once, in great condition.
