Club Monaco Cydar Dress Size 0

Once again, I should have bought the larger size! LOVE this dress but it’s too tight on me. Someone else needs to WEAR it, in addition to admiring it :) Size 0 but it fits more like a 2 (I was definitely not a 0 when I purchased). I had this hemmed for my height (I am 5’4) so length will not be as long as in the stock photo.
