what kind of stain is it on the sleeve? it looks like dust? anything else on it?

@mangosteeny hello. I don’t think it’s dust, I think it’s when I spilled something on it. I just don’t have time to get it cleaned before selling it.
The coat is in great condition. I think I wore it maybe 5 or 6 times, it just doesn’t fit anymore.
