Cute blue and white one shoulder top with frill detail made with 100% cotton. Top is in gently used condition, no holes or stains. Elastic around the collar is on the relaxed side of stretch. There is a little snap clasp closure on the inside under where the one shoulder sits, I believe this is to hook around a bra strap to hold the top in place.
