It's a Club Monaco Shirt dress, and has a bit of shine as you can see in the pics above. Poshed from @maybest and reselling it as it did not fit me well. Also the color is more of army greenish grey than just grey 🩶 It could be due to the camera lighting It has an adjustment in the hip with side pockets. The material is 100% SILK and soft to feel.
