amiebejoulais @connieyingx hey! ok measurements: laid flat across that fitted band under vra line= approx 13.5 inches (so 27 inches around). starting messure from the bottom of this band the skirt length is approx 21 inches. there is a zipper up the back. sitting? because it's fit and flare (it's only fitted to above waist line at that band) it's forgiving. perfect for larger hips but also flattering if you have more of a straight figure. lmk if you need anything else
