VGUC. Repaired Flaw: Very small hole on the front panel, on one of the black stripes. This skirt is double layered with the same fabric. You'll see photos of the hole, and also photos of how I hand stitched it. I'm no problem, but I did my best :) Price reflects the repaired flaw. Matching crop top is also in my closet, but has no flaws. Like the matching crop top, the materials and care label have been removed. My best guess is that it is a polyester elastane blend.
