Worn once. Kept it in the hopes I would fit it one day and didn’t! Size 0, but please see measurements. It’s high-waisted, striped, button-front cotton skirt with a slight A-line. Has pockets. It’s meant to sit high at the waist. Cutest thing ever. No flaws Waist: 12.5” Pocket to pocket: 15” Hip: 16.5” Length: 23”
