Brand New, no tags. To note please, the colour is actually wine, not pink, the camera seemed to not pick this up accurately. Fully lined, 100% polyester shell and lining. Zipper in back about 1/3 down from the neck. The vertical mini pleats drape nicely and will flare slightly if you turn quickly while wearing it and then relax back to original profile quickly. Definitely works for a dress up occasion
