Can you provide the waist measurements please @tessf17 and clarify the condition?

@elongair Hi! The waist is 15" and hips are 18" which continues that width to the bottom. I realize the photos are a bit blurry so I will repost them shortly! It's been worn only a few times so I'd consider it "lightly used"
