Club Monaco off-white skirt with grosgrain trim size 4

Club Monaco off-white skirt with grosgrain trim size 4. I LOVE this piece and hate to part with it. The details are so lovely - taupe amd cream grosgrain trim at the waist, panels are pieced together with a zig-zag stich and the fabric is smooth with a bit of stretch. There are a couple of spots to be cleaned on it from hanging around for so long and the price reflects that (they can definitely be cleaned right off - the purchaser will have to do it).
