Thanks so much! When you say new, never been worn, is the purchase tag also attached? The reason I am asking is because I want to gift this to a friend who use to have this dress and she ruined it on a trip, and she was so sad about it.

The tags are not attached. I removed them in anticipation of wearing it but after trying it on I did not feel comfortable because it was just too short on me. It is brand new. I never wore it out.
