Club Monaco silk halter high neck top

Beautiful black silk top with tie at neck. Lined. Great piece for under a jacket or on its own. Sized at XS but I usually wear medium and it was fine until I started lifting weights and my traps grew out of it 😕 17” from pit to pit.
