mallorymacivor @elizabethnwall hello! The waist is 14” lying flat, the length is 19” and 21.5” with the tassels ! Material is 67% acetate and 33% polyester! It’s brand new without tags ! I hope this helps! ☺️☺️

elizabethnwall @mallorymacivor thanks! is the fabric stretchy at all? 14" across is pretty small for a Club monaco sz 8 skirt but maybe it has stretch? what is the hip width?

mallorymacivor @elizabethnwall hello! It’s more of a high waist look I find ! It is a heavy crepe material ( a little bit of stretch) the hip width is approximately 19” ! I would wear it high waisted !
