Club Monaco stripped skirt, condition overall is great, but has one small imperfection at the back. Looks like the silk material has a slight snag & the vertical pattern looks a little blurred together. Please refer to my images for the defect & how it looks depending on how the skirt sits, it might not be as visible overall depending on how the folds fall, all photos are of the same defect. Second to last photo shows closeup from the exterior & last photo is closeup from interior underneath.

jayeculture @potsyk I just included the material tag in the photos, and it feels like the white polyester skirt underneath has a very minor stretch. The silk part and band are not stretchy, there is a side zipper. When I inspected the skirt more closely, I noticed this slight imperfection at the back so I added more details and photos as well to the posting.
