The chain itself is still opening without any issues. Here are the dimensions of the bag: H: 20.5cm x W: 33cm x D: 14cm. Handle Drop: 23-30.5cm (adjustable handles). The exterior is made of pebbled leather. It has 3 spacious suede compartments, one that closes with a double zipper and 2 that closes with magnetic buttons. There is also one pocket in the middle compartment. Four protective feet at the base of the bag. Bought it in November 2024 for 324 USD, used twice ever since. She’s a bit too big for my liking
