katdan8888 @kareolala omgosh! I'm so sorry to hear that. Sending my prayers to you and your family ❤️ 🙏. I pamper mine too. I really don't know how this happened but it doesn't look fixable. The small piece of material has ripped away from where the silver loop goes in. I hardly carry anything in it and I'm very careful so who knows. It's just the perfect size and I love how easy it is to keep closed with the magnet. K, take care sweetie 😘
